No, this is not a nazi propaganda. This is a character from legendary 60's Polish TV series "Stawka wieksza niz zycie" ("More than life at stake") about this fictional guy Stanislaw Kolicki (performed by Stanislaw Mikulski) who is a spy and operates as German officer Hans Kloss in Abwehra during the WWII. The story is pretty naive and there's some communist propaganda involved, but the show is an absolute legend and countless amounts of boys were raised on its extreme ubercoolness. Plus Mikulski in that nazi uniform was making all the women wet. There was even a comic book series based on the show. When it comes to being cool, James Bond compared to Kloss can feel pretty sorry ;)

no tak. a ja bylam przekonana, ze ten serial sie nazywal 'general kloss' czy cos w tym stylu. (czy porucznik? yy..) a moze to dlatego ze w tym czasie ogladalam tez generala daimosa i tak mi sie poplatalo?; )
